SBM has implemented and supports the NSW Government's Department of Education, Premier Sporting Challenge website and mobile application known as PSC Tracker.
PSC Tracker is an electronic logbook for staff and students participating in the Premier's Sporting Challenge.
SBM collections information to provide the NSW Government services known as PSC Tracker. More specifically this means providing the online web services and mobile applications for Department of Education staff and students to participate in the Premier's Sporting Challenge.
The information collected by SBM permits you to access the PSC Tracker systems securely, while providing account management, authentication, authorization and auditability of systems.
To achieve this goal, Department of Education staff, primary and secondary students are setup with their own user accounts with system access based on role and responsibilities. For students that don't have their own login credentials, Teachers, Student Ambassadors and Team Leaders enter information into PSC Tracker on the behalf of the student.
When you sign into the PSC Tracker website or sign into the mobile application, SBM collects information that is stored with your user account.
When you create content or use PSC Tracker services, you provide SBM with personal information that includes your name, password, email address, class/team name, gender, year level, school and amount of activity performed within a week (entered as an Encouragement, Diamond, Gold, Silver or Bronze activity level). Via the PSC Tracker App also choose to add activity information including Activity Type, Intensity, Activity Duration, Activity Date and Challenge Week.
SBM also collects the content you create, upload or receive when using our services. This includes Weekly Activity Progress reports.
The information that SBM collects includes unique identifiers and settings including school name, username, password and application version number. SBM also collects information about the interaction of your applications and devices with our services including IP address, system activity, date, time and referrer URL of your request.

SBM doesn't specifically track your location when using PSC Tracker however SBM does collect information about your computer IP Address that could be used to provide the network locality of your computer on the Internet.

We use your information to deliver our services, like being able to record your daily physical and sporting activities to particulate in the NSW Premier's Sporting Challenge, School Sport and Staff Challenges.
We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking errors or troubleshooting issues with PSC Tracker. And we use your information to make improvements to our services – for example increasing server capacity to maintain system performance when demand increases.
We use the information we collect in existing services to help us develop new services, features and functionality. For example, understanding how people use the mobile application and how interfaces can be changed to improve usability.
We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your visits to PSC Tracker so performance and responsiveness of the site and mobile application is maintained for users.
We use information we collect, like your email address to interact with Team Leaders. For example, SBM may send a Team Leader an email when responding to a request to reset a student's password allowing them to log into PSC Tracker.
We use information to help improve the security and reliability of our services. This includes restricting user access based on username, role and preventing and responding to system abuse, security risks and technical issues that could harm SBM, NSW Government Department of Education, our users or the public.
We use different technologies to process your information for these purposes. We use automated systems that analyze your content and we analyze your content to help us detect abuse, such as spam, malware and illegal content.
We may combine the information we collect among our services and across your devices for the purpose described above. For example, restricting access to PSC Tracker based on your IP Address, username and password.
As part of securing critical systems we use encryption to keep your data private when in transit between your Internet browser and the PSC Tracker website. We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
We restrict access to personal information to SBM Support and Infrastructure employees and support agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

SBM doesn't actively monitor access to PSC Tracker from a browser however all modern browsers cache websites and browsing history to improve performance. The method for clearing your browsing cache and browsing history is dependent on the actual browser. For Google Chrome, (1) select settings, (2) scroll down to Reset Settings and then select Reset. For other browsers you may need to contact your IT Department to confirm the progress for your browser of choice.
Many of our services let you share information with other people, and you have control over how you share. For example a student may choose to share their weekly achievements with their Teacher and other class / team members.
When you're signed in and interact with PSC Tracker, your name, date and time appear next to your weekly achievements.
SBM doesn't share your personal information with third parties outside of the organisation or outside of the NSW Government Department of Education.
We provide personal information to our affiliates and other trusted businesses or personas to process if for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

SBM is an affiliate of PMP Limited Pty Ltd, however we'll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
SBM maintains servers within its own Cloud infrastructure and your information may be processed on servers located at a remote site within Australian or another country. Regardless of where you information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy.
